Having the girls here is the best thing ever!

Their first few days here that were mainly spent on the beach included an incredible slow taxi-ride to our Chinese hotel on the beach, a hike in the sun, chilled hours on the beach, ferry trips, a visit to an old fishing village but most of all many many laughs. And I believe that everyone enjoyed a bit of real down time in an otherwise hectic Hong Kong.
It is not on purpose that I am neglecting all of you out there. It is because time is disappearing on me...
Everyday has been full to the brim since I got back from Singapore.
Ant’s mum is visiting.
Work is busy as per usual.
My boss decided to come over for a week – which always means even busier times.
I had my birthday! Hip hip hurray. And got balloons, flowers, chocolate and champagne!
I got an IKEA delivery – so in-between all other things that have been going on I have been screwing Ant’s new wardrobe together.
It rained a lot and my house decided to absorb most of the water so now I have workers at home repairing my wet walls.
Sofia and Teresa arrived last Friday, the sun was shining and we booked ourselves into a beach hotel and spent the days in the beautiful sun that came out once the rain was over.
Ant’s mum is leaving tomorrow so we’re going out for dinner tonight. Before that I need to do much more work, buy a birthday present to the mum that is going back home to England and clean up after the workers that have made a mess in my apartment.
As I said. Busy days. But I am definitely not complaining. Just trying to remember to breathe now and then ;).
My friend Ilissa has started her own company togehter with her sis.
I am way impressed and I so hope that things will go fab for them - cause they deserve it!

I flew directly from Dubrovnik to Singapore.
Important work meeting.
Have been stuffed with info for a few days and tonight I stuffed myself with black pepper crabs.
I absolutely love them!
I have made a pack with my self that every time I'm in Singapore I will do what I did tonight - eat loads of them...
I usually also go dress shopping whilst in Singapore and I hope that I get out of work early enough tomorrow to be able to go and have a little peak in the shops before I head back to HK...
Fingers crossed.
We travelled for 19 long hours and then we arrived in a sunny Croatia.
The grey barren mountains stand out against the turquoise ocean and the simple and true beauty of it all just makes my heart warm.
We joined the wedding party in Villa Panorama (with a stunning view over the ocean)just outside of Dubrovnik.
We spent a day sight seeing in Dubrovnik.
And then it was wedding time!
A beautiful day with lots of sunshine, a beautiful bride and a very handsome groom.
A beach wedding including smiles, laughter, tears, good food, fire dancers, good speeches, dancing and drinking.
When Miss King had become Mrs Mehlmann it was time for some relaxing.
We relaxed by hiring a scooter and drove around in both rain and sun.
We seized the opportunity and went to Montenegro as well. Amazing day with amazing views.
And then - another fabulous holiday that unfortunately had reached its end.
Why oh why do time fly so quickly?
It was fight night last night.
A room filled with hundreds of people that cheered the princess on. And let me tell you - the princess' entrance in a tutu was absolutely brilliant. And he fought well! He delivered hard punches, had the opponent against the ropes and looked real mean, but got a few hard punches too. In round 2 both the french super frog and the princess were shedding blood, the sweat was poring down their faces and their eyes were like fires...
The dynamite girlfriend were on the verge of explosion all through the fight and was loudly yelling strong words of "wisdom" and at times almost on the way up in the ring herself...
A new princess was indeed born last night, but he didn't win unfortunately. The damn frog did...
However the defeat was soon forgotten and the champagne worked like a good band aid on the slightly bruised pride and face. A great night was had by all.
And, honestly - come to think about it - imagine if he had just given the frog a kiss instead... isn't that what they do in the fairy tails and then live happily ever after.
Ant is fighting tomorrow!

I am very excited - will be jumping up and down outside the ring, in my high heals, shouting GO PRINCESS - smack him to pieces!!
And I must say that he has done well so far - he has lost about 8kg and he has been training hard, so he deserves to win.
Well actually he has to win... Imagine the shame otherwise - Hi I'm Ant and I lost my fight, but my girlfriend won hers! He he, no pressure at all... :)
But he will win, I'm sure, I really do believe that a princess will be born tomorrow. GO PRINCESS!
