2 sleeps

A true sight for sore eyes. My beautiful hometown. And I'm there soon, very soon... 2 more sleeps and Stockholm here I come!

still no chairs

My table is still feeling a bit lonely, there are still no chairs around it...
I, on the other hand, am feeling very good. Since shopping didn't go that well yesterday I needed to compensate. And compensation was a visit to a big spa. 5 floors of pleasure and lots of people, but I walked out of there 10 hours later having had a body scrub, a pedicure, a 90 min massage and a 90 min facial plus a nice dinner (for only HKD1200). Big smile on my face! Will deal with the chairs an other day...

I've got a beautiful dining table, but no chairs.
Thinking of going to China on Saturday and see if I can find something to sit on...

If everything goes according to plan this Swedish babe might be boxing in this event later on this year...

me on beach

So plan was to do nothing but the beach on Saturday since the weather was supposed to be stunning, but after some consideration the weather didn't agree with the weather report anymore. Had a really good day anyway though. And luckily 'me on beach' happened yesterday instead! The weather was supposed to be bad, but decided to be stunning instead and I was smiling and a little little pink when I got home in the evening!

More of weekends like that please.

a year older

Champagne and cocktails were on the menu last night! We celebrated that Tiina now is one year older and wiser. (Funny how other people actually do get older, while I just seem to be stuck on 28... (not that I mind at all, 28 is a good age!))

As expected, we had a really good night!





I was first to leave though, it was a school night after all...
And am feeling surprisingly good for having gone to bed at 4.30 after spending some time in front the AC in my armchair last night, just trying to focus on stopping my head from spinning... :)

fine and hot

The weather forecast for the next few days are fine and hot.
I don't want to sit here in front of the computer, I want to be on a beach!!

sea urchin

Public holiday today in HK.
A lovely afternoon spent at the beach in the sun.
Jumping and diving off cliffs as well. And had a close encounter with a sea urchin.
9 pieces of sea urchin spikes are now no longer in my hand.
