Am really excited about my new place. I've got a real good feeling about it.
Had an other little peak of it yesterday, and the good feeling just grew. I'm gonna be happy there.
Will have pink flowers outside my white balcony and a nice entrance.

Soho and Staunton Street (my very immediate "hood", i.e. the street I look out upon when at home) has proven to be a street of action on numerous occasions.
Not only is it a street where a lot of people come for a good dinner/night so there is action here because of that, but also a street of movie action.
When they were filming the latest Batman movie they were here, and the last week they have been filming a Chinese movie right below my bedroom window... At night they turn bright lights on and then someone shouts: 123 action, and the cameras start rolling...

After a quiet evening with home-cooked food, nice conversation and a movie in the sofa together with Linda, Olivier and the dog Zoe, I just realised how much I miss just that… People just don’t seem to invite people over here in HK, like we do at home… Which means that I appreciated this evening even more I think...
Thanks again Linda for that beautiful dinner and for a great evening.
Just what I needed.

Again a week has passed without me hardly noticing. Scary how quick time flies...
A few really late nights at the office, a dinner with good friends yesterday (we stuffed our faces with tapas and after that beautiful chocolate desert)and today it's suddenly Friday!
This weekend I'm going flat hunting again (so the fingers are crossed). I need to pamper myself with a pedicure, I need to do some clothes shopping and I need to catch up on sleep... But the latter might be a bit difficult since Kris has a friend arriving from Australia, and that will most definitely mean party...

Have been working hard on trying to finalizing a real good new assortment for Halloween. And now we're more or less finished. And I like what I see.
We have some super cute outfits for the kids...
But also some that fits us grown ups.
These photos are still not processed, but these will most likely end up in our catalogue.
Can you see that it's Kris hiding under that Ghost Warrior mask...?

When it comes to apartments, Hong Kong is full of shit-holes for a shit-load of money...
Very annoying when you're flat hunting. (I have to move, my landlord wants this apartment back). So last weekend the hunt started and it is continuing. Because so far I haven't seen anything that I really want.
There are really nice ones out there though, but the prices are just outrageous. My monthly rent limit now is 20 000 and that I think that is a lot! But rent is just so expensive over here, that you don't get much at all for that amount of money. So the search continues...

Someone has been lying in bed all day today.
Because someone didn't come home until 7.30 this morning.
Long night of partying.
But that is ok, cause birthday boy Kris turned 31 yesterday!
Happy Birthday again älskling!
I, on the other hand, got home around 2 in the morning and went to work this morning.
So right now I have joined yesterdays birthday boy in bed and am looking forward to a long nights sweet sleep.

The main reason for my much too short Australia trip was my beautiful friend Soph's wedding. Gorgeous looking as always she walked towards Cam, standing in the sunshine waiting for his bride. They took each others hands and not long after that they were husband and wife.
I managed to catch up with some old school friends which was really good.
And when the party was over later that night, everyone walked out of there with big smiles on their faces.
Also managed to catch up with my 4 host families, my "extra" Elsey family and Mat. And as usual it was great and I am so happy to have them all! So guys, if you read this and didn't know it already, you mean the world to me.
